In these Terms of Use, the words "you" and "your" refer to each customer or Site visitor, "we", us" and "our" refer to MyLegalHome. "Services" refers to all services provided by MyLegalHome.
2. YOU AGREE THAT BY USING THE SITE AND SERVICES YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT.

MyLegalHome Website Service

MyLegalHome is an online legal site that gives a general overview of the law and commonly encountered legal issues. The website provides a simple access service to obtain legal documents focused in the areas of estate planning, probate, profit and non-profit business startups and charitable foundations startups.

Getting Started

1. Please review the our Forakis Law Firm credentials, online services we provide, and any detailed areas of interest where we may serve your needs.
2. Ordering. Proceed to select the legal document(s) that serve your area of interest. Select "Order Forms Online", you will be prompted to pay.
3. Payment. Proceed to pay for documents through our safe and secure payment system authorize.net. After payment you will be prompted to fill out a secure personal information questionnaire/document.
4. Required Information. Carefully fill out the information questionaire. Submitting personal information is required for this process. Qualified staff will review your information. Any additional questions will be handled by email or an arranged complimentary Skype interview by your choice.
5. Complimentary attorney consultation. In the questionnaire you are given a choice to select a Complimentary attorney consultation via Skype.com, a free voice over internet protocol (VOIP) service that allows users to communicate across an internet connection by combining voice, video, and instant messaging (for information on using Skype click here). You do not have to choose this complimentary service, however, it may help you with initial questions, filing and other legal requirements you will need to know regarding the legal documents you have ordered. Select a convenient time for the consultation (If needed, a followup Skype consultation can be purchased for $50.00).
6. Filing Your Legal Documents. Your documents will be delivered to you by mail? Your free Skype consultation may answer any questions you may have regarding filing. Additional attorney consultation regarding your documents can be purchased for $50 a session.

MyLegalHome Legal Documents. MyLegalHome strives to keep its legal documents accurate, current and up-to-date. However, because the law changes rapidly, MyLegalHome cannot guarantee that all of the information on the Site is completely current. The law is different from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, and may be subject to interpretation by different courts. MyLegalHome wants its customers to understand clearly that the law is a personal matter, and no general information or legal tool like the kind MyLegalHome provides can fit every circumstance. It is important that the personal information is accurate and correct which influence the accuracy and correctness of your final documents.

With your first order MyLegalHome provides an initial complimentary consultation via Skype.com. You can request additional consultation services at the cost of $50 per call. By using the consultation service and/or your use of MyLegalHome does not and will not create an attorney-client relationship between you and MyLegalHome. It is very important that you understand that by using our service you are choosing to represent yourself in any legal matter you undertake through MyLegalHome.com legal document service.

All rights, title and interest in and to the materials provided on this Site, including but not limited to information, documents, logos, graphics, sounds and images (the "Materials") are owned either by THE FORAKIS LAW FIRM, PLC. Except as otherwise expressly provided by MyLegalHome, none of the Materials may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, uploaded, posted, displayed, transmitted or distributed in any way.

LIMITED PERMISSION TO DOWNLOAD
MyLegalHome hereby grants you permission to download, view, copy and print the Materials on any single, stand-alone computer solely for your personal, informational, non-commercial use provided that (i) the copyright and trademark notice appearing below appears in such Materials, (ii) the Materials are not used on any other Web site or in a networked computer environment and (iii) the Materials are not modified in any way. CHILDREN
Minors are not eligible to use the Site and we ask that they do not submit any personal information to us.

GOVERNING LAW; VENUE
By using this Site, you expressly agree that your rights and obligations shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, excluding its choice of law rules. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Site or Materials shall be instituted in a state or federal court in California, and in the Country of USA. You and MyLegalHome agree exclusively and irrevocably to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.
